Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Guiding applicants through the enrollment process via phone, chat,
and email
Individually enrolling applicants and meeting quarterly quotas
Improving enrollment processes and providing accurate information
on the treatment
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of customer service and inside sales experience,
preferably in healthcare
Experience in admissions, enrollment, consultative sales, or
recruiting roles
Excellent time management and ability to work independently in a
fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Google Apps and willingness to learn Salesforce
platform
Desire to understand and share the science behind the novel
treatment
