Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing the

to our current clients by addressing billing concerns, updating
benefit packages, and making recommendations for improvements. The
ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service or
sales and possess excellent communication skills. Your role will
include managing ongoing client relationships to ensure their

Responsibilities: --- Conduct outbound calls to customers and
clients. --- Assess customer and client needs to offer tailored
solutions. --- Provide outstanding customer service and nurture
strong relationships. --- Manage and maintain customer accounts
effectively. --- Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries about
products, services, general information, and complaints. ---
Thoroughly follow up on customer interactions to ensure
satisfaction. --- Resolve customer complaints with care and

Regularly collaborate with team leads to stay updated on new
services and products. Qualifications: --- Prior experience in
customer service. --- Valid Identification. --- Laptop and/or iPad.

listening, interpersonal, and communication skills. --- High school
diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000
annually based on performance--- Conduct outbound calls to

and nurture strong relationships. --- Manage and maintain customer
