join our team. We are currently seeking an Operations Analyst.
Remote/work from home option considered depending on candidate's
location. Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Southern Scripts' Operations
Analyst is responsible for analytical support of the business
operations for all Departments' goals, objectives, and key
performance indicators (KPIs). In addition to the
analytical/administrative support, the Operation Analyst, following
the director of the Director of Operations, will assist in the
direction and coordination of activities that support the grounds,
facilities and departments of Southern Scripts. The Operations
Analysis will investigate and review operational requests,
system/process failures, as well as, system and program performance
controls. The Operations Analyst also:Demonstrates strong
analytical skills, by identifying, researching and resolving
operational issues and performing ad hoc performance analysis as
required.Provide analysis and support for continuous Improvement
projects.Develops requirement specifications according to standard
templates, using non-technical language related to resolutions of
operational issues.Produce and distribute operational
reports.Collaborates with internal stake holders to identify and
mitigate possible operational issues with larger enhancement
initiatives.Abide by all obligations under HIPAA related to
Protected Health Information (PHI).If a HIPAA violation is
discovered, whether individually or by another, you must report the
violation to the Compliance Officer and/or Human Resources.Attend,
complete, and demonstrate competency in all required HIPAA Training

CompetenciesRequires Operational experience.Must possess excellent
writing skills.Requires experience and proven analytical skills in
Excel Spreadsheets.Prefer experience in healthcare, PBM, workers'
compensation, and/or insurance industry. Position Type and Expected
Hours of WorkFull-time/Salaried/Exempt.Some flexibility in hours is
allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core" work
hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM CT. We cover clients from West to East
Coast, work times must be adjusted to cover meetings in all time
zones. Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays
pursuant with industry demands.TravelNo travel expected for this
position. Required Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree plus
one to three years related experience and/or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience. Southern
