Lifestyle Apartments at Shreveport seeks an experienced maintenance technician to join our team. -

Must have 3yrs experience in apartment complex maintenance
General knowledge of plumbing, eletrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair
EPA Certified is a bonus
Ability to problem solve
Organized: technicians will support the ordering, tracking, and management of inventory -
Positive attitude with strong verbal communication skills: will work with a variety of staff, residents, and vendors*Please note: all employees will be subject to a background check.
