LifeShare is seeking a talented individual as our Systems Analyst to provide high-level support and maintenance on our computers, business systems and blood banking applications. The Analyst will manage application software installation, implementation, upgrades and on-going support, ensuring appropriate security settings and backup procedures.They will assist in the development and implementation of interfaces and outputs and perform software validations as needed.An integral member of our technology team, the Analyst will work to understand business and financial issues and objectives of the application systems and processes for the departments supported.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Information Technology, the Analyst will maintain VMware, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, DHCP, DNS, RDP, and various other infrastructure technologies.They will develop reports, query systems, and process other special requests to meet both internal and external operational, quality assurance and compliance needs. The ideal candidate has advanced understanding of IT infrastructure technologies such as storage area networks (SAN), wide area networks (WAN), and virtualization, including work in a regulated environment (healthcare or FDA experience is highly desirable).They are able to work independently with limited supervision and able to analyze complex problems, implement solutions and adapt to new conditions.

Beginning pay is $62,000 - 80,000 commensurate with experience.LifeShare offers a generous benefits package, including employer-paid medical, life and disability insurance; employer base retirement and matching contributions to the retirement plan; and paid time off.

Work Environment/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems or related field, and
• At least 5 years of experience in computer application support, reporting software, database administration or help desk support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the duties of the job
• At least 3 years of experience as a system administrator, including in an FDA regulated environment is highly preferred
• Microsoft MCSE/MCITP, Cisco CCNA/CCNE, VMware VCP, or other industry standard certification a plus
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including available for after-hours support on an on-call rotation to respond to critical system problems
• Requires occasional travel to other centers and facilities; must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable by our commercial auto insurance carrier
