Job Description:
A company is looking for an Ascend Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering customer questions related to Ascend and escalating when
necessary
Guiding customers through Ascend training for success
Becoming an expert in specialized areas of Ascend to provide
advanced support
Required Qualifications:
Customer service experience
A two-year technical degree or higher, or relevant experience in
lieu of a degree
Working knowledge of Microsoft products, Windows, Office programs,
and networking
SQL Server experience is a plus
Team-oriented, proactive, and fun-loving attitude
