Business Development Manager to expand our presence across
industrial and commercial markets through relationship-driven
growth and disciplined execution. Arpco Supply provides customers
with reliable supply solutions supporting day-to-day operations and
project requirements. This role is responsible for building new
customer relationships, expanding supply offerings through supplier
partnerships, and developing repeatable business that supports
long-term growth. Were looking for a high-ownership professional
who can operate independently, follow through consistently, and
represent the company at a high level. Job Description The Business
Development Manager identifies opportunities, develops new
business, and grows customer accounts while working closely with
internal teams to support quoting, sourcing, and execution. This
role requires strong business judgment, consistent follow-through,
and disciplined pipeline management. Key Responsibilities Business
Development & Market Expansion Develop and execute business
development efforts across targeted industrial and commercial
sectors Identify, pursue, and develop new customer opportunities
aligned with company direction Build and maintain strong customer
relationships that drive repeat business and long-term value
Maintain a structured opportunity pipeline and provide reliable
forecasts and updates Product & Supplier Expansion Identify product
categories and supply solutions that support customer needs and
market growth Develop supplier relationships that support quality,
availability, lead times, and pricing Coordinate internally to
support onboarding of new products and customer requirements
Customer Engagement & Solutions Understand customer needs and
provide practical supply solutions Coordinate quoting, proposals,
and customer communications with internal teams Support
project-based supply needs, specialized requests, and long-term
customer programs Execution & Communication Track opportunity
activity and progress Provide routine updates on priorities,
progress, and market feedback Share customer and market insights
that support growth decisions and service improvement Travel Travel
within the assigned territory as needed to meet customers and
attend industry-related events Qualifications Experience in
business development, outside sales, or commercial roles within
industrial, manufacturing, or supply environments Strong
relationship-building, communication, and follow-up discipline
Ability to develop new markets and grow customer accounts
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Who You Are You
