Our Business Development Center (BDC) team is the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a key role in guiding them through their buying journey. Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated BDC Agent to manage incoming leads, maintain customer communication, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and enjoys creating meaningful customer interactions.
